Would this help in reindexing?

I got an idea, is it possible to download my SQL-DB, only thread table.
Then i will make the reindexing on my own PC. Then I will upload it again to the DB.
Is it possible?

I don't understand what you are trying to accomplish.

Why not just dump the whole database (gives you a backup), create the index and import just the index table?
