New User Moderation

Ok, so I have moderate new users turned. A user registers, they get the email containing the link they click on to activate their account and get the message that the admin needs to validate and they will be notified via email. All that works as it is suppose to.

So what is suppose to happen if the admin clicks "no" in regards to validate new user??

It looks as if the member is still created but can't do anything until validated (well, that's the way I have the permissions set).

Is there a way to not even have the user created until validated?

At this time you need to manually delete any users you do not want to validate.
