How To Make A Solid Quote Box?

Anyone know how to change the style of the default quote on vBulletin? Instead of a line above and below the quote I want a solid box with color inside. Anyone know how this is done???

Click the search button and search for titles only: [HowTo] and by user (thread started): xiphoid

My template mods will show up, the quote in a box one will show up too, (hopefully)
