I am having this weird problem where I am the only one that I can see in the members list when there are currently 66 members registered at my forums. I even went to the user groups option in the admin cp and clicked list all users for registered and it said "No users found matching those criteria." Then I went to find a member in the admin cp and clicked list all users and it said only 1 user found. What is the problem?

You've hacked your forums, haven't you? This problem is probably due to the user and userfield tables no longer matching. There should be one entry for each user in both tables. You can verify this by using phpMyAdmin to access and view your database. If they don't match then you can use the script posted here to fix the problem:

The only hacks I installed is the file archive and the password protected boards hack. I checked out that link you gave me but the user and userfields match. Also I just noticed that when I click on the letters to browse by name in the member list, I can see the users. But other then that I cant view the members by top 10 posters, list alphabetically, and list by joined date.

Did you do as I suggested?

It's certainly possible that a hack messed this up. Did you check to see if the user and userfield tables had the same number of records?Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
