Yes. Just put it in a directory called 'testvb' and make sure it's not publicly accessible.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

If it isn't testvb or vbtest then it is harder for nukepirates to understand it might be a test installation which you just have online for a short period, unavailable for the public. Saves you getting nasty emails.Comment

The archive came with a vb4_readme installation/upgrade instruction but I'm sure I've downloaded the 5 Connect version.
When trying to do a fresh test install but.. , there's no /install folder.....Wed 10 Oct '12, 11:52am
