  • How do I show more user profile fields in the actual post area?

For example, when a user makes a post, the default fields that show up to the left hand side of their posts are their title, their avatar, their location, their number of posts, ect. How do I add additional fiedls to show up?

Edit your postibit template and add:

    $post[fieldx]

    ...with 'x' being the profileid.

how do I determine what the profileid is?

Where can I find what the name of the profile field is?

and do I use the brackets too? as in

      $post[fieldabc]

okay i still have another question on profile field...

I figured out how to identify the profie field number, by seeing the field id number at the end of the url when viewing it - One of the custom profile fields is 10 - I tried putting the code in

        $post[field10]

but it did not display it...
        any ideas?

any ideas on why the added custom profile field will not show up in the post area?
