This is not in the Admin CP. It's on your server. You need to ftp into the server, locate the images directory and upload the new poll.gif file.

It should be a sub-directory off your main forum directory.

ok i just thought it was a built in function like the "icons" control panel.

i couldn't find 'poll.gif' in the templates so i found it in the the 'forumdisplay.php' and edited the dimensions there. thanks!

Overwrite poll.gif with your image. If you need to adjust the sizwe, then do a template search for 'poll.gif' and make the desired changes.

how do i override the "poll.gif" display?

i've made custom message icons and they work out pretty well. however, when i post a poll, somethig overrides my new poll icon and puts in the default "images/poll.gif" instead. how could i tell vbulletin to use my poll icon (and change the width, height and border)?
