Yes. I should have backed it up right. Just doing that before I work on anything else.

I have gone and deleted my database by mistake. Is there anything that I can do to retrieve my information. It was not backed up.

Yikes!!! Unless your host has a backup I'm afriad you are out of luck. Contact then immediately and keep your fingers crossed.
