Starting From Scratch

Seeing how this was the first time that I set up a VBulletin board I messed some things up and was wanting to ask a question.

Is it possible for me to scrap my current board, create a new database for it and then reinstall from scratch, then transfer just the Users and the threads and post over to the new database without losing them?

Not easily. Why would you want to do this since that is 90% of the info in the database anyway?
