What kind of security risk would it be if i made someone an admin but didn't give them a password to .htaccess to the admin dir?

He'll be basically a super-moderator.

Thanks, that is what i thought, a super user super mod that can overwrite rules.

He will have access to IP's of posts, and access to all kinds of forums where super mods won't. And he can enter the forum, when the forum is closed (set active to no). etc.
