Can download attachments ? yes/no

Hi guys ,

i tried mant times to modify one group which is

Unregistered / Not Logged In to dissallow them from

downloading attachment by using the option :

Can download attachments ? yes/no

but when i choose yes and save it , i get the same result
(no)

could u help me to solve that problem ?

Do you have any hacks installed? Have you checked the individual user group permission for each forum?

its working well now ,
actually i have such a hack in usergroup.php
but ...
i used user group permission and its ok
