    If you have not installed any hacks, fill out a support ticket at:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/members/support_form.php

    Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP. If you have installed hacks, then remove the hacks first before filling out the support request.

    Dear Steve,
    Yes, I do have the same problem with my forums, and I actually reuploaded both files + reverting the template to it's original.

    But the Problem still presists, any suggestions ?

    As I said this doesn't happen with the default files and templates. Try reverting your email_activateaccount back to original and reuploading the original member.php and register.php files. Make sure you overwrite the ones on the server.

    Hello
    My vBulletin is translated with Arabic Language, but this shouldn't be an issue...

    I've installed a few hacks like Quick Reply, Welcome Panel and Magic Box

    so I don't know what's the real reason for this!!

    This shouldn't be a problem with the default vB templates and files. Have you installed any hacks?

    blank page with activation email?

    Hello

    I have a problem since ( vB 2.0.0 ) until now ( vB 2.3.0 ) , the problem appears in the verification E-mails which sent to my members after they register in the forum.

    when they click on the activation links to activate thier registrations, they get a blank page .

    the activation link looks like:
    http://www.anysite.com/vb/register.php?a=act&u=9140&i=83930287

    or:
    http://www.anysite.com/vb/register.php?a=ver

    ---

    I tried to get around this problem by changing the query string variables from:

    a=act would be act=act
    a=ver would be action=ver

    and it worked!

    - What do the experts think this problem came from? and what's vBulletin's solutions for it?

    - is my solution a good one?
