Add Replacement for users typing the site address

Is it possible to add a replacement to change variations of my web address to the correct one?

Lots of users shorten the name in posts to:

pws.com

My site is www.powwows.com and I don't want others to see this and be confused.

You could add it into the censored word list, and specify that it be replaced by www.powwows.com

Ok I just tried it.

In your admin CP, go to replacement variables -> Modify, and click "add custom replacement". In the first box, type pws.com, and in the second type http://www.powwows.com

That ought to work

That does replace the text, but I can't get it to parse the url to a link.

I tried actually having it replace as:

[url=http://www.powwows.com]www.powwows.com[/url] 

But it just spits out the text and it isn't a link. If I edit that post and save, without changing anything, it becomes a link???
