set admin options invisible

if a members isn't a moderator for a forum why are the admin options still visible?

It is just set so that everyone can view the admin options, but only admins can use it. However, by going to vb.org, you can install a hack that allows you to hide the option from everyone except administrators.

The admin options will show for anyone who has permission to delete their own threads, I believe.
