Moderate only 1 memers post?

Is there a way to moderate only one of my users posts? I have someone that has a suspicious IP address but they look completely legit otherwise. I just want to be able to approve his posts until I feel comfortable with him. Thanks in advance. JakeC

This would require hacking. You can see if a hack like this already exists over at http://vbulletin.org or request it.
