    If you have db access you can run a query in the form of:
    Code:
    UPDATE user SET referrerid = {somone else's userid} WHERE userid = {your userid}
    Thanks Guys! I'm now just pointing my members to the link in the faq section.

    Alternatively, click the profile button and you should see their userid in the address bar of your browser.
    Your userid here is '25750', mine is '16141'.

    I have a question. Is there a way to go into your options and add someone as a referral after having registered?

    from what I understand it should be

    something like:

    www.forumname.com/index.php?referralid=bgray

    but instead the only thing that works is a number instead of a username.

    Where can I get the number users are supposed to use?

    Thanks,
