url links don't work right?

On my board, when you post a link it don't work. for some reason when the link gets posted their are extra symbols in it for example it would turn out like this...

http://%22http : / / ww w.jdjdjdjd. com/blahblah.html/%22 (without the spaces)

I tryed both the html and vb methods to post a link, and both methods produced the extra http:// and the %22 's

The only way to post links are by manually typing in < a href = "http://www.jdjdjdjd...." >title</a > and i don't think all my visitors know or want to do manual html.
Why is the board not posting links right???

Have you installed any hacks or added any scripts to headinclude or phpinclude? This definitely oes not happen with the default files.

I change the timezoneoffset to -5 from 0 in the sessions, I change the vbulletin logo to my own logo on the top of the forum pages, by changing the image name in the image path of admin CP. And added a couple banners in the head of the forums.

By reuploading, do I have to redo the config.php first? And will I lose the posts and members that I have now?

well it's doing something different now. Now it is putting the correct url but it now attaching upload/admin//%22http://www.blahblahwebsite.com/%22 to the end of the correct url.
