    Database error in vBulletin :

    Link-ID == false, connect failed
    mysql error: Too many connections

    mysql error number: 1040
    (In the error Email)

    Warning: Too many connections in /home/virtual/site13/fst/var/www/html/forums/admin/db_mysql.php on line 40

    Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Too many connections in /home/virtual/site13/fst/var/www/html/forums/admin/db_mysql.php on line 40
    (When i tried to access the board)

    I'm guessing it has to do with set up i have with my webhost.
    So what am i doing wrong here?

    If im not mistaken this means that to many active connections are being made to the MySQL database, you will need to contact your host and have them up the limit of connections.
