URGENT: Binary Download Problems

It isn't opening as a binary file. It is opening as a UNIX format file which Notepad isn't capable of handling.

Try an alternate text editor like Textpad (www.textpad.com) or UltraEdit (http://www.ultraedit.com/).

Hi,

I haven't used my VBulletin license in a while and thought I would start a new forum site with it. I have come to download today and have downloaded both the current release 2.2.9 and the beta release 2.3.0.

I have started the first step, editing the config file but when I open it, it opens as if it is a binary file. I am opening it using Notepad as normal and this problem occurs for both downloaded versions.

I really wanted to get the forums setup tonight, and so I would appreciate someones help?

Any ideas?
