I'm afraid that's the only solution there is. If the browse from a Cafe or Browsing Center, make sure they log out of their account once they are finished.

many members in gulf countries have as same as this proplem...

But this proplem isn"t from the IP .. only

As i think it"s from the broxey in gulf countries ... whith some mixedup cause a small mistake in a sessions.php a bout using a broxey whith same IP !!!
