    Super Mod powers...?

    Why is it that Super Mod's can change the UserGroup for all members including themselves...

    I tested this myself with a supermod account and I upgraded myself to Administrator with no problem...???

    IT allows them to change ANY user to ANY usergroup?

    Is there a way to stop this?

    Yes, do not give super moderators access to the admin control panel. They can use the yoursite.com/mod/ control panel instead.

      Super Mods have the same powers as Admins. If you give them access to the Admin CP then they are effectively Admins.
