vBulletin not updating the thread title table?

If you take a look over at this thread on my forums you can see that I edited the title. One this is though in the Forum Display and in the navigation bar, It did not update the title.

Admin CP -> Options -> vBulletin Options -> [Edit Options] -> Time limit on editing of posts

If you edit your post outside of this time limit, the thread title won't be updated.

Also, if this is set to 0 (zero) that means the time limit is literally zero, not no time limit.
