We encountered an interesting situation maybe an error.
We use version 2.2.9 of vbulletin. On the top of the page ,you know, total member number is written. As it,we have got 718 members.
But strangely if we count the members one by one from the memberlist ,there are 708 members. We are confused ...

Have you ever deleted users and not updated counters?

Also, have you enabled the option ACP > vBulletin options > Memberlist options > 'Restrict Listing'?

This will prevent users showing who are awaiting confirmation and awaiting COPPA

The memberlist listing does not include users in the "COPPA' or 'Users awaiting' groups.

I believed the awaiting groups were shown if 'restrict listing' was set to 'no'

Go into the database and check your user and userfield tables. Do they have the same number of rows?

If you have not installed any hacks, fill out a support ticket at:

                  http://www.vbulletin.com/members/support_form.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP and FTP.

If you have installed hacks, then remove the hacks first before filling out the support request.
