    Reupload your original index.php file overwriting the one you currently have on your server. Make sure to upload your file in ASCII Transfer Mode.

    Parse error - I can't fix it

    ok..

    on line 379 of my index.php file i have a Parse Error

    the error falls into this area of my index.php file

    Code:

      unset($iforumcache["$forumid"]);
      return $forumbits;
    }
    if (!isset($forumid) or $forumid==0 or $forumid=='') {
      $forumid=-1;
    } else {
      // need to get permissions for this specific forum
      $permissions=getpermissions(intval($forumid));
    }
    $forumbits=makeforumbit(intval($forumid), 1, $permissions);
    $unregwelcomemessage='';
    if ($bbuserinfo['userid']==0) {
      eval("\$unregwelcomemessage = \"".gettemplate('forumhome_unregmessage')."\";");
    }
    eval("dooutput(\"".gettemplate('forumhome')."\");");
    ?>

    but i did count all the lines using notepad and i found that line 379 would be
    Code:
    $forumid=-1;
    but dont trust my counting..

    attached is a copy of my index.php file if somebody wants/needs to take a look at it.. the forum address is

    http://www.geeks2go.ca/forums/index.php

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
