go there and enter you're email address for you're account at vbulletin.org

You will need to contact staff over at vBulletin.org. We don't handle their support here.

But I add in the names on your site vbulletin.com

          and their site tells me:
You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
If you are a registered member and a vBulletin customer, please add your username to this form to be able to access certain resticted areas on this site!

If you did add your username, it should work. Wayne's suggesting that you contact vBulletin.org because it's a problem on their end, and vBulletin.com doesn't handle their support requests.

Hint: Add your email address... not your username
