  • Changing "Super Moderator"

I do not have a user group called "Super Moderator" but when I modify the user group functions, the second last option under Administrative Permissions {Is Super Moderator}. Is there any way to change the administrative access of a super moderator?

I don't understand the question. You can't change access of a Group you don't have.

My "moderators" have access to all forums so the second last option, I have selected that they are a "super moderator" but I don't want them to have access to their email addresses and IP addresses.

That would require hacking. Make a request over at vbulletin.org.
