Edited subjects aren't refreshing...

I edited the subject of a post (to be more descriptive) and I can't get it to change on the publicly-viewed forum. I can see the change after I save the edit, but the subject the public sees won't update.

In the Adnmin CP:

Time limit on editing of thread title
Specify the time-limit (in minutes) within which the thread-title may be edited by the thread starter.

After this time the only way to edit the title is via the Admin Options box.
