Do you mean the guests being shown as well? In 2.2.8 I can see registered users browsing a given forum... don't happen to recall if guests were listed as well.

Im runing 2.2.9 and I cant see user or guest browsing the forum(section)

In your ACP, go to VBulletin Options, and under "Forum Display options, you'll find the option to enable this, listed as "Show users browsing forums?". Checking on my forums, I see registered users browsing, but I don't see guests. I'm using v2.2.8. I am not sure if the VBTeam added the ability to see guests browsing as well in v2.2.9. This might be available as a hack at VB.Org though.
