    we cant seem to find the error but when we click enter forum this comes up

        What you have there is a corrupted table.

        Run the following query in phpMyAdmin:
        REPAIR TABLE userfield;

          how would i go abouts running the query? i cant log on to the admin panel

            You need to run it in phpMyAdmin. Check in your hosts control panel... It'll probably be there.
