DataBase error in v 2.2.5

any ideas?

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.5:

Invalid SQL: SELECT userid
FROM user
WHERE username='user'
AND userid <>
mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 4

mysql error number: 1064

I get this everytime I try to change anything in a user profile through the admin panel.

everything else in the forum works flawlessly, even new members can sign up with no probs!

This problem is caused by the latest versions of PHP which have broken some of the functions of older versions of vB. Your host must have recently upgraded to PHP 4.2.x. To fix this you need to upgrade to vB 2.2.9.
