Your user must select one of default avatars you offer.

First, in your Admin Cp make sure you have avatars enabled.
Then do a test, register a new user called "tester" and login with it.
Then go to tester's profile and look at the bottom for Avatar option.
Once there, you will see all avatars you uploaded onto your database.

Choose the one you like... you get the idea.

      thx 4 answer

my english is very poor, but i try it again

      ---

the new user should have an avatar on the first time, because he has 0 posts

when he has 15 posts, he should become a newer avatar, and with 30 posts another new!

      u understand what i want?

Yes, I do. You basically want to have a system in place like the user names... Junior member > Regular member etc... but with avatars.
Unfortunatelly this requires hacking. Please ask this question at vBulletin.org site.

BTW, this is really easy (I think a hack was released already for this), I will help you there.

As noted, this requires hacking. You need to ask over at vbulletin.org.
