  • Problems with Mozilla Browser

    Hey All-

    One of my users pointed this out to me, and I have no idea what is causing it. It looks perfectly fine to me using IE, but they are using Mozilla. See the attached image to see what I am referring to.

    Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

    Perhaps you use the \ instead of the / when creating your image links.

            you need to edit your header template then i presume you must have \logo.gif instead of /logo.gif

            if not then open a support ticket with your ftp information and admin information.

              Okay, here is a chunk from my header template....

              <td width="29">
              <img border="0" src="{imagesfolder}\topleft.gif" width="29" height="26" alt="Flux"></td>
              <td>
              <p align="center">
              <img border="0" src="{imagesfolder}\topfill.gif" width="678" height="26" alt="$hometitle"></td>
              <td width="32">
              <p align="right">
              <img border="0" src="{imagesfolder}\topright.gif" width="29" height="26" alt="Flux"></td>

              Should all the \ be / instead? Like this?

              <td width="29">
              <img border="0" src="{imagesfolder}/topleft.gif" width="29" height="26" alt="Flux"></td>
              <td>
              <p align="center">
              <img border="0" src="{imagesfolder}/topfill.gif" width="678" height="26" alt="$hometitle"></td>
              <td width="32">
              <p align="right">
              <img border="0" src="{imagesfolder}/topright.gif" width="29" height="26" alt="Flux"></td>

                Yes ... it's a bug in your template. IE fixes that, but Mozilla doesn't.

                  Okay, so I should change both my default template and my emerge skin template?

                    You should change all the templates, where you've used \ instead of / for the paths.

                        Well, I'm using Mozilla. Just let me know, when you've changed it, so I can check, if its valid.

                        btw: Your Plugincode is buggy, too.

                        Just replace with
                        Code:
                         pluginspage="http://members.liwest.at/mb/q3plug"
                        and it should work.
