hello I was wondering how can I turn off so when people use a link to one of my attachments it shows a link instead?

Admin CP -> Options -> vBulletin Options -> [Attachments] -> View Images

Nope, I'm saying whenever someone posts an attachment they take the link and use it somewhere else and that wastes bandwidth for me if the other place gets alot of hits and I was wondering if linking to other places or even on the own forum from an attachment can be turned off.
