I recieved a complaint about my forum that goes something like this:

"Ever since you changed servers, I have had trouble accessing the site. Sometimes I can't get in at all. Sometimes I get in but after looking at one or two threads, the browser stops and eventually I get "cannot access....server has timed out" It always stops whenever I try to reply to any thread. Any idea what's going on?"

The thing is only this person has reported a problem like this so far, could it be HIS server and not mine that is the problem?

It's hard to say for sure. It could be the result of a poor Internet connection between his ISP and your new host.

Sounds like he is having problems with his ISP's proxy servers.
