Did you read the 'how to move to a new server' help page ?
Did you alter the config.php to reflect the new database changes ?
Did you change the path to the images / files / URL / etc in the vBulletin options of the admin control panel ? (this can also be altered through the phpMyadmin mysql directly)

It looks to ME like the database is not 100% complete. Maybe your download of the .sql wasn't complete ?

No i didnt read the help, where is it at?
The config.php file didnt need to be changed, nothing changed.
What needs to be changed for the path? The images load fine, the url is fine, i dont know what else to change.
I download and uploaded the whole database.

Yeah, sorry about that. I dont remember taking it off.

Something weird is going on. When i go to templates i see "change options" for every template and no values for each one! I will try and change it via phpmyadmin
