Modify Mod CP

I want my Mod CP to only have "Moderate new posts" and not the options to ban users, mass move or mass prune.

Where do I edit this?

Will vb3's Mod CP be similar or should I just wait for that to come out?

all options that can be turned off and on per moderator in vB3.

To edit it in vBulletin 2.X.X you will have to edit the actual PHP files.
