clear all cookie options for members

I have changed some things on member registration.

I have removed options on registration and modify templates to "remember me" (so they have to log in each time) and I have removed on the same templates the option to browse board without being seen.

I need to query strings I can enter into myPHPadmin to clear all pre-existing choices of members. In other words many members can still go to board without logging in.

Can someone help me with these 2 strings?

I ran the strings but still see 13 guests on my board an hour later. Is this since they have not closed their browser yet?

guests are people that aren't logged in. even if you deny guests access they will still be listed in the online list.
