All unmodified templates are blank

I've run into another problem of my vbulletin which might be related to the events in this thread:

In the admin cp, all templates are blank completly, execpt for the ones that have been modified. There is no title on the templates, and they are blank inside as well. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
