  • upgrading apache & php

    hi,

I just check the apache and php section of vB at http://www.vbulletin.com/manual/apache.html

    and I had question:

the guide is for a clean installation, but what if I wanted to upgrade my apache & php? ...do I follow the same steps?

    thanks

See my second post at http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...threadid=56446 for Apache.

To upgrade PHP, if you installed it as per the instructions in that tutorial, just overwrite all the PHP files with the new ones. Remember to overwrite the php4ts.dll in your Windows directory with the new one, too.
