Private Forum Question

I did a search but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I have created a private forum on my board for paid members. I have also created a new user group and those people are the only ones allowed to access it. Some of my mods are not paid members so I haven't allowed them access. Just the ones previously stated.

How can I make the forum viewable to everybody(registered and unregistered) on the index page, but when they click on it to enter that forum, it won't let them in?

Under General Options, set "Hide Private Forums" to no.
