As a matter of courtesy, it's usually best to contact the webmaster of the site you would like to emulate.

The shoutbox thing is a hack. I believe you'll find it over at vbulletin.org.

I don't wanna emulate them. I used their site as an example because they changed a lot of the things I wanna change as well.
