HELP ME !!!! I upgraded and my whole forum has disappeared totally!

even the admin is gone! oh my god. I did it JUST like last time and did exactly as I was suppsed to do to upgrade from 2.6 to 2.8 the only thing i didnt know was if i was supposed to use php3 or just php download of new version so i just did php. Somebody please help me!

Just use whatever you had before, either .php or .php3.

Calm down, your database is still probably there.

Try this:
1. FTP everything in your forums directory to your machine to back it up
2. Delete everything in your forums directory except for the images
3. Upload the PHP version of vB 2.2.8 (except for admin/install.php and the images) just as if you were going to install it, but instead of running install.php, run upgrade20.php and then upgrade21.php
