  • Help. Out of the blue, I get this message...

    after installing a new style set. It was running great, then boom, disappeared, and it now says this:

    Database error in vBulletin 2.2.6:

    Invalid SQL: SELECT userid,username FROM user WHERE userid=977
    mysql error: Got error 134 from table handler

    mysql error number: 1030

    How do I fix this? Thank you.

    Ok, can someone please explain this. Now, about 5 minutes later, after doing nothing, it comes back fine, and my new 2nd style is gone.

      Error code 134 = Record was already deleted (or record file crashed)

      Upload repair.php (it's in the 'extras' folder of the zip file) to your admin directory. Close your forums, then run it from your browser with this syntax:

      [Of course change the exact URL as appropriate for your forums.]

      If everything reports 'Ok' then reopen your forums. If not, then run it again. The second time everything should report Ok.

        if that doesn't work you may need to via phpmyadmin

        select vB database and run this query

        REPAIR TABLE user;
