  • User cant see images... only image place holders...

When posting a question, please include the following information:

    URL of your forums: http://www.rocaeterna.com/foros

    PHP version 4.2.x (phpinfo)
    MySQL version: 3.23.45
    Apache/webserver version: 1.3.26
Server operating system: Linux 2.4 (Patched)
Any error message you are getting: No error messages from the board system

Whether or not you have edited any files: All template files edited.

If the error message you are getting is the standard "vBulletin had a problem with the database" please view the source of that page to find the real error message (it should also be emailed to you): NO DATABASE ERROR.

Please do not post messages like I tried to post a message but it didn't work - we are going to need a little more info than that to help you out.

    I have one real problem

You can obtain PHP and MySQL version and configuration information by going to
    http://www.mysite.com/forums/admin/...?action=phpinfo

If possible, please also include a link to a "phpinfo" page - a file containing "<?php phpinfo(); ?>" called phpinfo.php on your server; this will help us to diagnose (and ultimately fix) the problem.

    Here is: http://suna.site5.com/info.php

Before you report a problem, please ensure that you have upgraded to the latest version of vBulletin (currently vBulletin 2.2.5).

    I HAVE 2.2.7.

    * We're sorry but due to time constraints, other factors, and as stated in the license agreement, we cannot provide any support for 'hacked' boards; that is, where you have edited any of the files. Please visit http://www.vBulletin.org/ for assistance with hacked boards.

    My board is Licensed.

We can not offer any support for any beta or RC versions of vBulletin 2 or for any version of vBulletin 1.

    Is not my case

Then there's something wrong on their end. Are they all using the same URLs? I use IE6 and don't have any problems.

IE6 SP1 WinXP problems: every image broken, but copying and pasting the URL into my browser shows it.

Methinks you have hotlink protection enabled and since the request is going across domains the image server is blocking requests from the forums server.
