Child forums don't show on the home page in vB2.

I believe you can just copy the contents of their equivalent #1 and #2 templates.
Is there a way to not show the child forums in the main home page. I have so many forums that it is becoming too bug of a forums home page.

So the question is, how do I get the "trash test" child of "trash" and the "trash test 2" child of "trash test" to show up in the homepage (/forum/index.php) instead of just the specific forum view (/forum/forumdisplay.php).

Under "Forums Home Page Options", I've tried playing with the "Depth of Forums" variable, but it hasn't done me any good; it's currently set to "10" and I still get this behavior.

    Apache 1.3.23, PHP 4.1.2, VBB 2.2.7.

This site is live http://www.egbt.us/forum if you'd like to check it out.

    Thanks a bunch.

    forum depth and parent/child relationship

I am trying to get a tree of forums to show up in the forum homepage, but I'm not even sure if this behavior is supported. If you make a forum (call it General) with no parent, it shows up as a root forum, no problem. If you make a child of that parent forum (call it Trash), it also shows up in the homepage, under the parent forum. However, if you make another forum (call it Trash Test) under that child forum, it does not show up in the home page under the first child forum, but only when you go to the forum view for the first child forum.

This is the view in the forum modify screen:
widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
