No, I meant how did you confirm that 20-30 people got this error? Of course there will be no users in the Unregistered group.
I am quite certain that the people who see the '0' are not logged in at the time. They may be registered, but if they are not logged in they'll see a referrerid of 0.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

You can set their options 'automatically log in' and 'browse the board with cookies' to 'Yes.' Or you could just tell them they need to login first to see the correct referrerid.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

Yes. You'll need to edit the registeradult templet to change these field to 'hidden' and to set the default setting. Search these forums for the specific answer if you can't figure it out. This has been posted many times.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

It's right there - User Option Templates. Click on the [expand] link.
You also need to change the registeradult template under Registration Templates.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
