It's Netscape, of course there are.

Like what eva suggested, have him:

      1. Delete his cookies
      2. Log in again to the site
      3. Enable cookies in his user CP
      4. Use a real browser

I have been addicted to IE for the longest time... But I have to say that latest Netscape is amazing, for speed and functionalities., beating IE 6.0 by far. Unfortunately some coded hacks do not seem to work with it.

Netscape or Mozilla? Netscape 7 == Mozilla with AOL crap integrated everywhere.
