Crash of newreply.php

Hi,
I've got this problem with my vBulletin 2.2.6
When a user try to reply to a post newreply.php crashes and after one or two minute server remind a 404 Error.
The strange things is that crash not comes in all thread but only in some it and in some specifics forum.

Why?

This is a server problem. You need to contact your host.
