by using the template search function to search for "Want to register?" i found that the template you need to edit is username_loggedout.

I'm tring to find the Link for "Want to register" I need to change it..

Admin CP -> Templates -> Search

There is more than one instance, doing a search on just $logincode will give you all the templates it is used in.
