  • upgrade to 2.2.6 > forums died

Just upgraded to 2.2.6 from 2.2.5, and look, no more forums.

The index page works, anything beyond that is just blank.

Funny thing, the mirror site we have wasn't upgraded yet, meaning it still has the old files from 2.2.5, and it has the exact same problem

I tried re-uploading the old files, but that didn't work.

Here's what I found in the php error log:
[07-Jul-2002 23:58:10] PHP Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: db_sql_vb in /home/sites/site4/web/forums/global.php on line 106
[07-Jul-2002 23:58:20] PHP Parse error: parse error in /home/sites/site4/web/forums/admin/functions.php on line 826
[07-Jul-2002 23:58:20] PHP Fatal error: Unknown function: vbdate() in /home/sites/site4/web/forums/admin/sessions.php on line 356
[08-Jul-2002 00:22:26] PHP Parse error: parse error in /home/sites/site4/web/forums/admin/db_mysql.php on line 159
[08-Jul-2002 00:22:26] PHP Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: db_sql_vb in /home/sites/site4/web/forums/global.php on line 130
    Ok, what's next?

      1. Make sure there is no white space or extra lines in config.php before the <?php or after the ?>.

      2. Reupload all if the 2.2.6 php files in ASCII. Make sure you overwrite all of the ones on the server.

Didn't change the or overwrite the old config.php, but I created a new one, just to be sure.
Also reuploaded all the files in ASCII.

        Result is tha same
